I haven't posted in a long time, and have a work-related post coming up for certain.

In the meantime, I thought this was interesting.

The line the made me "lol" was this; "Washington banned handguns in 1976, saying it was designed to reduce violent crime in the nation's capital. The City Council that adopted the ban said it was justified because "handguns have no legitimate use in the purely urban environment of the District of Columbia."
How's that workin' out for ya DC?*

*Keep in mind, the handgun ban went into effect in 1976. Look at the murders per year after that year, especially in the 80's.
